She was predeceased by: her parents, John (Eva Majzun) and Lorain. She is survived by: her husband Joseph D. Leuzzi; her sons, Joseph Leuzzi (Kim) of Parma, John Leuzzi (Sabrina) of North Ridgeville and James Leuzzi of Strongsville; her grandsons, J. D. and Anthony Leuzzi; and her brothers, John Majzun of Amherst and Chris Majzun (Marcie) of Amherst.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
