He is survived by: his wife Darylann Sylkatis; his sons, Scott Sylkatis (Brandy) of Lorain and Michael Sylkatis of Alabama; his grandson Alexander Sylkatis; his close friend DoriAnne Smith of Denison, TX; and his brother-in-law William Turner.
