She was predeceased by: her husband Dea Tarpley; her children, Carl Jeans, Raymond Fowler, Wayne Fowler, Constance Jeans, Saundra Fowler and Leora Fowler; and her siblings, Rev Allie Pryor, Jr. and Oneida Woods.
She is survived by: her children, Lynnette Pryor of Fairfield, CA, Dwayne Pryor of Elyria, OH, Freddie Fowler of Orlando, FL and Jerome Fowler of Cleveland, OH; and her niece Paquita Williams. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
