She was predeceased by: her parents, Lannie Fountain and Rosa Thomas Fountain; her husband Charles Fred Card; her son Charles 'Freddy Card Jr.; her brothers, Jim, Robert, Elanders, Leavy Carlton, Jerry M. Sr. and John Henry; and her granddaughter Amber Marie Owens.

She is survived by: her children, Margaret Card (Owens) of Lorain, Sheila Card of Lorain, James Gregory Card of Lorain, Thomas Dean Card of Lorain, Milton Bennett Card of Lorain, Gwendolyn Card (Lewis) of Lorain, Alar Card (Burkes) of Lorain, Rose Card of Lorain, Lavonne Card of Lorain, Dorothy Card (Bryant) of Newark and Janette Card (Hinton) of Newark; and her sister-in-law Lillie Z. Fountain. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
