She was predeceased by: her husband Henry J. Boycik, Sr.; her son Henry J. Boycik, Jr.; her parents, Lucas Urbanic and Elizabeth Urbanic; and her siblings, Matthew, Charles, William, Alex, John, Frank and Elizabeth Boycik.

She is survived by: her children, Donald (late Denise) of Amherst, Dennis (Michele) of Lorain and Deborah L. Boycik of Lorain. She is also survived by five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
