She was predeceased by: her husband Steve; her grandson Michael Steven Kolcun; her parents, Michael Dzunda and Maria Dzunda; and her siblings, Zuzana Revilakova, Verona Draganova, Zofia Dzmurova, Anna Cingelova of Slovakia, Hilde Kleimhans of Amherst, Janko of Slovakia, Michael of Slovakia, Andrej of Slovakia, Peter of Slovakia, Joseph of Slovakia, Nicolae of Slovakia, Vasil of Slovakia and Juraj of Slovakia.
She is survived by: her daughter Ann Jewell (Larry) of Henrietta Township; and her sister Helena Niemcova. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
