She was predeceased by: her parents, John Spontik and Dolores E. Spontik; and her husband James "Jim" Slevin. She is survived by: her children, Maureen Saunders (Terry) and Bob Slevin (Lori); her siblings, Carolyn Thiery (Jack), Janice Herzburn (Gary), David Spontik (Sheila) and Arlene Sciarappa; and her grandchildren, Nick, Kayla, Jacob and Kiley. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
