She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Hembree of Lorain and Penny Meyer (Anthony) of Amherst; her grandchildren, Wayne Clark, Jr., Jeremy Clark, Anthony Meyer and Reagan Meyer; and her spouse William Henry Hembree. She is also survived by one brother and four sisters.
