She was predeceased by: her former husband Kenneth Welch, Sr.; her husband Andrew "Skip" Holko; her son Kenneth Welch, Jr.; her parents, Frederick "Fritz" Beiswenger and Victoria Beiswenger; and her siblings, Lois Nickoloff and Fred Beiswenger.
She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Welch of Lorain, Andrew "A. J." Holko (Tami) of O'Fallon and Christopher Holko (April Current) of Cleveland; and her granddaughters, Greta Holko, Brianna Holko and Amber Holko.
