She was predeceased by: her husband Charles C. Hensley; her parents, Ruth Forrider and Vernon Forrider; and her brothers, John and Tom Forrider.
She is survived by: her siblings, Martha Crawford of Florida, Carol Litten of Elyria and Vernon Forrider of Mt. Vernon. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
