She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Rokyta; and her siblings, Anna Jacikova and Julius Mizicka. She is survived by: her daughter Anna Cimbal (Peter) of Parma; and her grandchildren, Monica A. Cimbal of Parma and Peter M. Cimbal of Athens.
