She was predeceased by: her parents, George Roupe and Merle Roupe; her husband Edward F. Rafalko; her siblings, Harry, Donald Roupe, Thelma Cusick, Virginia Gray, Norma Lyons and Delores Zentkovich; and her great grandchild Thomas Kramer-Winkler.
She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Wayne Kramer (Cyndi) of Lorain and Ronald Paul Kramer (Kay) of Delaware, Ohio; her grandchildren, Missy Folley (Mike), Brandon Kramer and Adriane Winkler (Eric); her great grandchildren, Brandon, Mikenna Folley Thomas (Monty), Gregory and Alexander Kramer-Winkler; her sisters, Eleanor Grieb of Maryland, Betty Roupe of Maryland and Gladys Collins of Pennsylvania; and her sister-in-law Marion Roupe of Pennsylvania.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gluvna-Shimo-Hromada Funeral Chapel (3224 Broadway, Lorain, OH 44055). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
