She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Mike" Johnson and Nina Johnson; and her siblings, Sandra "Sandy" Haupt and William Dean Johnson. She is survived by: her husband John Jr. A; her sons, John III (SueAnn) and Gary; her granddaughters, Maria and Monica; her sisters, Judy Shaw (Thomas) and Joyce Johnson (Michael Darmafall); her nieces and nephews, Michael, Baylor, Matthew Shaw and Heidi; and her friends, Rachel Booher and Sharon Sheehan.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society Relay for Life of Lorain County.
