He is survived by: his wife Sarah Perez; his children, Luis Perez, Jr., Yesenia Rivera (Elmer Rivera) and Juanita Santiago (Rafael Candelaria); his grandchildren, Gianna Phares, Cameron Perez, Leniel Perez, Micaela Valentin, Janitza Rivera, Jaileen Rivera, Janailise Candelaria, Jasmine Candelaria and Ashley Candelaria; and his siblings, Santiago Garcia, Jr. (Eva Garcia), Hector L. Garcia (Margarita Vasquez), Maria I. Santos (Esmeraldo Moreno), Fulgencio Perez, Jr. and Carmen Perez. He is also survived by 31 nieces and nephews.
