It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucinda M. Allen of Lorain, Ohio, born in Elyria, Ohio, who passed away on April 16, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her children, Susan Hannah and Billy McDoniel; her brothers, Patrick and Thomas Kyer; and her parents, Delbert Kyer and Marjorie Deitrich.
She is survived by: her husband John Allen of Lorain; her children, Noel McDoniel (Lenny) of Vermilion, OH and Tracy Carter (Gary) of Nunnelly, TN; her stepsons, Cory of Lorain and Jacob Allen of Lorain; her siblings, Mick Kyer (Bonnie) of Litchfield, Arden Kyer (Norma) of Grafton, Susan Lowther of Lorain and Karen Moore (Gail) of Vermilion; and her daughter-in-law Jen McDoniel of Hudson, FL.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Susan Hannah; son Billy McDoniel; brothers, Patrick and Thomas Kyer; parents, Delbert Kyer and Marjorie Deitrich; Friends and family who want to come are welcome to attend, but due to Covid-19, we are asking that people be careful to maintain social distancing, wear masks, and refrain from embracing.
