She was predeceased by: her husband William E. Laschen, Sr.; her son Williams E. Laschen, Jr.; her granddaughters, Yvonne Laschen and Tara Neal; her parents, Carlo Tocchi and Jane Tocchi; and her sister Tootsie McCleland.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Panchak of Elyria and Donna Konowal (Bob) of Amherst Township; her grandson Allan Laschen of Amherst; and her siblings, Honey Johns of Lorain, Norma Flores of Lorain and Jack Tocchi. She is also survived by six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
At the request of Lucy's family, all visitors are asked to wear facial coverings and to practice social distancing while in the funeral chapel.
