She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Sedivy; her parents, Peter Potiowsky and Mary Potiowsky; and her siblings, John Potiowsky, Thomas Potiowsky, Clara Wolodzko and Constance Schilling.
She is survived by: her children, Danette Tremaine, Carolyn Gregory (Joseph), Laurie Kopa, Kim Marie Reiser (James), Jeff Sedivy and Edward "Bump" Sedivy (Lynne); her grandchildren, Steven Tremaine, Nina Tremaine, Matt Sedivy of Joe Gregory, A. J, Jack Reiser, Kyle Gregory, Ryan Kopa, Mason Sedivy and Colin Sedivy; and her sister Ann Sauvey. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
