She is survived by: her children, Karin Fortner of Amherst, OH, Robert "Bob" Matakovich (Sandy) of Amherst, OH, Martin "Marty" Matakovich (Lisa) of Bay Village, OH and John "Johnny" Matakovich (Lauri) of Lorain, OH; and her grandchildren, Ashley Fortner of Lorain, OH, Kaitlynn Fortner of Amarillo, TX, Anthony Matakovich (Linda) of North Ridgeville, OH, Andrew Matakovich of Amherst, OH, Allen Matakovich of Amherst, OH, Mitchell Matakovich of Bay Village, OH, Lauren Matakovich of Bay Village, OH, John Matakovich of Lorain and Emily Matakovich of Lorain. She is also survived by her husband, children, grandchildren, extended family.
