He is survived by: his grandson Jacob; his sons, Charlie Durery (Marcia) of Kentucky and Christopher Hembree of Lorain; his stepchildren, Scott Genualdi of Texas, David Genualdi (Christy) of Lorain and Christina Martin (Shawn) of Beckley; and his spouse Mona Hembree.
