She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Wade. She is survived by: her son Louis Anthony Wade; her grandson Anthony Dwayne Wade; her siblings, Patricia M. Blakely, Brian Wade, Walter Wade (Maria) and Daryl Wade; her aunt Eunice Scott; and also, Thomas Bauer, Nancy Bauer and Stacey Ferguson. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
