She was predeceased by: her son Adam Lukachko; and her father William Murdy. She is survived by: her husband William Lukachko; her son Aaron Lukachko (Erica) of North Ridgeville; her daughter-in-law Amy Lukachko of Madison; her mother Ruth Murdy; her grandchildren, Christopher, Jon, Ashley, Justin, Austin and Lillian; and her brother Randy Murdy (Eva) of Amherst.
