She was predeceased by: her brother Rosario Urbina; her daughter Bellalina Guzman; and her grandson Quentin E. Perez Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Alfredo Guzman Jr. of Lorain, Ana Guzman (Peter Arroyo) of Lorain, Maria E. Guzman of Lorain and Magdalena Cruz of Lorain; her grandchildren, Wanda Peterson (Chris), Yolanda Minnich (David), Liza Velez (Edwin), Jeanette Rodriguez (George) and Mindy Guzman; her great grandchildren, Jillian Carter (William), Jeremy Paynter, Brandon Williams, Morgane Williams, Amanda Gonzalez, Alyssa Nixon (Shawn), Derek Rodriguez, Marcus Rodriguez, Andy Castro, Ryan Castro and Julian Castro; and her great great grandchildren, Adam Carter, Madeline Carter, Alexander Nixon, Alyviana Nixon, Emily Peterson, Sean Minnich, Edwin Velez and Cameron Velez.
