He is survived by: his wife Cindy Smith of Lorain; his children, Karen Smith of Lorain and Earl Smith (Connie) of Amherst; and his stepdaughter Melinda Endres (Joe). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
