He was predeceased by: his former wife Donna Kay; his daughter Cynthia Calvey; and his siblings, Bill, Charles Jr. and Catherine Conn.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Justice Knotts; his son Tracy Knotts (Susan); his grandchildren, Aaron Knotts, Victoria Knotts and Megan Kleinsmith; his stepchildren, Gary Justice, Katrina Hillis, Robin Houston and Michael Justice; and his sister Betty Thompson.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Tower Baptist Church; 1313 Tower Blvd., Lorain, Ohio 44053.
