He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sr. Lumpkin and Jessie Lumpkin; and his siblings, Dorothy Lumpkin-Thomas, Bonella Lumpkin-Gray, Robert Lee Lumpkin, Ruth Kemp, Annie Lumpkin, Floyd Lumpkin, Joe Lumpkin and Roy Lumpkin.
He is survived by: his wife Roseann; his children, Tony (Patricia) of Georgia, Kertus (Tomeka) of Lorain, James Posey, Tracey Williams (CA) and Shakeeta Winborn (John) of Lorain, OH; his siblings, Charles Lumpkin of Portland Oregon, Freddy Lumpkin of Lorain and Margaret Scott of Lorain, Ten; and his close friends, Robert St. Clair Charlie (Classmate), Carlos, Willie and James. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
