He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Murray and Pauline Murray; his sister Karen Murray; and his granddaughter Alexandria Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Lydia; and his children, Kara Thomas, Julia Thomas, Fred Murray (Kaitlin), Jackie Thomas, Richard Thomas III, Ciara Murray and Ryan Murray. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
