She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert "Jack" Beane and Frances Beane Siwierka; her sister Claudia Stiles; her cousin Robert Rupp; and her former husband Michael F. Tansey.
She is survived by: her close friend Molly; her children, Paul Tansey (Amy) of John's Island, SC, Jack Tansey (Tammy) of Berlin Heights, OH, Christopher Tansey (Linzy) of Wilmington, NC and Jennifer Skaggs (Matthew) of North Canton, OH; and her cousins, Eva Cox of Westlake and Mary Ellen Bailey of Lorain. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
