With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karen A. Rodgriguez (Lorain, Ohio), who passed away on January 23, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Karen departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Karen may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Karen leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Chonko and Mary Chonko; and her brother Joseph Chonko. She is survived by: her husband Vince; her son Donald; and her sister Andrea. She is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St Mary Catholic Church (310 W 8th St, Lorain, OH 44052). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:50 AM at the same location.
