She was predeceased by: her great-grandparent Micky McLemore; and her grandparents, Florence Fenderson and Richard Edwards. She is survived by: her children, Jakhari and Ava; her parents, Anisha Adams (Anthony) and Keith McLemore Jr.; her siblings, Keith McLemore III of Lorain, Anthony Cummings Jr. of Lorain, Jeremiah Palos of Lorain, Jamarques Cummings of Lorain, Shyniah Adams Briaunah Palos (Justin) of Lorain, Aliyah Cummings of Lorain, Brooklyn Cummings of Lorain and Karissa McLemore of Elyria; and her grandparents, Keith McLemore (Valerie), Harold Fenderson (Joe Ann) of Lorain Ohio and Host.
