He was predeceased by: his parents, Petra Gonzalez and Francisco Rodriguez; his wife Julia; and his siblings, Brigida Rodriguez, Enrique Rodriguez, Benjamin Rodriguez, Elias Rodriguez and Ismael Rodriguez.

He is survived by: his children, David Rodriguez, Samuel Rodriguez (Julie), Julio Rodriguez (Zonia), Mildred Rodriguez-Beemer (Bruce), Zoraida Rodriguez-McHarg, Ruth Rodriguez-Patterson (William), Gladys Rodriguez-Kay (Tony) and Ezequiel Rodriguez (Sherlene); his grandchildren, Angela Rodriguez, Julio Rodriguez (Katie), Elizabeth Rodriguez-Alldaffer (Deven) and Jeremiah Barham Julia Lee (Lexy); his great grandchildren, Sebastian Samuel, Dale Juan, Julio Gabriel, Gavin, Isabelle, Vinny and Grayson; and his siblings, Raquel Rodriguez-Rosa (Justo) of Kissimmee, Florida and Neftali Rodriguez (Paula). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
