He was predeceased by: his brothers, Guzman, Nito and Tono; his children, Julian Jr. and Alicia; and his grandchildren, Christopher and Bianca.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Gomez; his children, Zulma (John), Chris (Kirk), Margie (Osvaldo Sr.), Laurie (Bruce) and Eva (Daniel); and his siblings, Margarita, Tito, Tony, Natalio, Graciela, Carmen, Julia, Marcy, Maria, Gladys and Luis.
