She was predeceased by: her husband Theodore; her parents, George Demchik and Anna Demchik; and her siblings, George Demchik, Vera Gorski, Helen Demchik, Mary Salasovich, Anna Sotak, Susan Zadorozny, Margaret Maslinsky and Elsie Guba.
She is survived by: her son Dale R. Klekota (Carol); her grandsons, Justin D. Klekota of Seattle and Jaret R. Klekota (Aristia) of Avon Lake; her great grandchild Griffin Theodore Klekota; and also Las Vegas.
