She is survived by: her children, Tymika Thomas, Alvin Thomas Jr. and Angela Thomas; her siblings, Elsie Romero (Fabian), Blanca Carrero (Sammy), Gladys Diaz, Miriam Coon, Amelia Boyer (Peter), Maria Becker, Edith Diaz (Bino), Raquel Holland (Thomas), Jose Ruiz Jr. (Leticia), William Ruiz (Debbie) and Eliseo Ruiz (Barbara); her siblings-in-law, Gloria Jones, Gary Thomas (Rebecca) and Christopher Brooks (Angie); her grandchildren, Sierra Thomas, Luther IV of Washington, Meaira Williams, Daisa of Washington, Ashley Thomas, Dominic Suttle and Imani Thomas; her godson Terrance Shelton; her great grandchildren, Devin Bradley, Da'Vion Rojas, Karsyn Oursler, Da'viere Rojas, Aria Young, Lae and Hamilton; and her close friends, Aida Serrano, Carmela Noble, Mary Ransom and Zelphia Brooks. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and other relatives.
