With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judith A. Leeper (Lorain, Ohio), born in North Union, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 29, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Leeper; her son David Leeper, Sr.; her parents, Michael Tobak and Lillian Gilbert (Giberti); and her siblings, Michael, David, Daniel Tobak and Marian Cole.
She is survived by: her sons, Raymond A. Leeper of Lorain and Michael Leeper (Shannan) of Mansfield; her grandchildren, Christine Osborne (James), Emilia Osborne, Nicholas Leeper, Lizzie Osborne, David Leeper, Jr., Kathleen Leeper and Mary Leeper; and her brother Steven Tobak of Uniontown.
