He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Elba I. Cruz and Luis "Pepe" Cruz. He is survived by: his parents, Carmen M. Cruz and Juan A. Carrion; his siblings, Jaricy Carrion of Lorain, Jasmin Cruz of Lorain and Bianca Cruz of Lorain; his nieces and nephews, Antonio Carrion, Christian Carrion, Juan Carrion, Raul Lopez, Emiliano Cruz, Ellarose Davis and Maddox Thomas; and his great-niece Ava Carrion. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Donations may be made to the funeral home to offset burial expenses.
