It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Anne Smith of Lorain, Ohio, who passed away on July 25, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joyce Anne Smith to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her sister Gail Morgan; her husband Gene A. Smith; and her parents, George Hemminger and Jacqueline Hemminger. She is survived by: her children, Michael Smith (Marcia) of Sheffield Village, Daniel Smith (Darlene) of Lorain, Stephony Brown (Thomas) of Lorain and Holli Weber (Ben) of Berlin Heights; her grandchildren, Chantel, Joshua (Zakia), Samantha, Paige, Julie, Zachary, Ian, Rachel, Summer, Willow, Jorja and Jonah; and her brother John Hemminger of South Amherst.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Lorain Lighthouse Methodist Church, 3015 Meister Rd, Lorain, OH 44053.
