He is survived by: his wife Beverly Tokarczyk; his children, Theresa Empey (Michael) of Allen, TX, Joseph IV Tokarczyk (Brenda) of Lorain, Frank Tokarczyk (Susan) of Amherst, Jayne Morales (Richard) of Lorain and Johnny Tokarczyk of Lorain; his grandchildren, Elena, Stacey, Corey, Rachel, Michael, Daniel, Meagan, Marcus and Matthew; his great grandchildren, Mark Jr., Julianna, Allison and Adelynn; and his siblings, Kathy Burrows and Jim Tokarczyk.
