He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Vincent and Olga Margaret Ondraka. He is survived by: his wife Annette Lorena Ondraka; his children, Jeff Ondraka (Vicky) of Amherst, Carl Ondraka (Tracy) of Amherst and Lori Anne Emlong (Ralph) of Mooresville, NC; his grandchildren, Brittany Hansen (Erik), Corinne Olsen (Ben), Kalynne Ondraka, Drake Emlong (Megan) and Lily Emlong; his great grandchildren, Lorelai Hansen and Emma Hansen; and his stepgrandchildren, Jesseca Kane (Tony) and Victor Frost.
