He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Toth and Julia Toth; and his siblings, Helen Towle, John Toth of Loris, SC and Helen Toth.
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Toth; his children, Barbara Staszak (Frank) of Vermilion and Robert Toth of Ottawa, Canada; his grandchildren, Melanie Timko (Richard) and Joseph Staszak (Nicole); his great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Allison, Alexander and Gabriella; and his siblings, Daniel Toth of Rancho Cucamonga, CA and Arlene Alcantara (John).
