He was predeceased by: his daughter Sharon Malinowski; his granddaughter Kristen Malinowski; his parents, Josef Malinowski and Mary Malinowski; and his siblings, Mae Jessel, Josephine Anuskiewycz, Catherine Zeman, Sophie Bizup, Stanley Malinowsky and Peter Malinowski.

He is survived by: his wife Helen Malinowski; his children, Dale Malinowski of Wakeman, David Malinowski (Kim) of Amherst and Debra Malinowski of Amherst; and his grandchildren, Leanne Born, Joseph Dale Malinowski, Jan Malinowski (Melanie), Justin Malinowski (Cindy), Jordan Malinowski and Brian Malinowski. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
