He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominick Leuzzi and Catherine Leuzzi; his wife Nancy Ann Leuzzi; and his sister Carmella Puchalski. He is survived by: his sons, Joseph Leuzzi (Kim) of Parma, John Leuzzi (Sabrina) of North Ridgeville and James Leuzzi of Strongsville; his grandson Anthony Leuzzi; and his sisters, Elizabeth Kline (Huber) of Elyria and Nancy Weber of Elyria.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the American Heart Association.
