He is survived by: his wife Carmen Ortiz; his sons, Jorge Ortiz Jr. of Lorain, Eric Ortiz of Lorain, Ernie Ortiz of Lorain and Misael Ortiz of Lorain; his mother Carmen Ortiz of Lorain; and his siblings, Pedro Ortiz Jr. (Olga) of Lorain, Miguel Ortiz (Delores) of New Jersey, Gerardo Ortiz (Erna) of Sheffield Lake, Victor Ortiz of Sheffield Lake, Carmen Rodriguez (Angel) of Lorain, Maria Mercado of New Jersey and Jessica Ortiz of Lorain. He is also survived by 4 grandsons and 2 granddaughters.
