He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Allen Conrad and Faith Hannah Buchs; and his cousin Jennifer Jo Luno. He is survived by: his parents, Jonathan Butler Sr. and Dianne Buchs; his wife Amanda Butler; his sons, Richard Lynch Jr., Zachary Altair (Hannah), Joseph Lynch-Gorby and Cameron Lynch-Gorby (Butler); his granddaughter Chloe Altair; his parents-in-law, Richard Lynch and Kristal Rose; and his cousin Stephaniee Bohl.
