He was predeceased by: his father Donald Toole. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Toole (Bess); his siblings, Christy Sidwell (Todd) of Zanesville, Carol Abernethy (Alex) of Zanesville and Andy Toole (Holly) of Carroll, OH; and his nieces and nephews, Lindsay Williams (DJ), Marisa Cox (Seth), Kalli, Karli Sidwell, Leah McNabb (Matt), Lucas and Nicholas Toole.
