He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael and Angeline Mishak; his wife Marcia A. Mishak; and his brother Joseph Mishak. He is survived by: his children, Michael Mishak of Lorain and Diane Whalen (Mark) of Lorain; his grandchildren, Jessica Mishak, Jennifer Mishak, Kristen Whalen (James Tarnay) and Kassidy Whalen; his stepgrandchildren, Nicole Cornwell (Allan) and Mark Whalen Jr.; his great grandchildren, Anthony Mishak, Audriana Mishak and Cole Mishak; and his siblings, Mary Lou Striker (Georgia) of Trenton and Michael G. Mishak (Sandy) of Ninety Six.
