He was predeceased by: his parents, Nickolas Czompoly and Mary Czompoly-Ksiazk; and his granddaughter Samantha Czompoly. He is survived by: his spouse Marguerite; his sons, Michael (Elizabeth) of Lorain, John Czompoly, Jr. of Lima and Jeffrey (Elizabeth Kildow) of Vermilion; and his brother Nickolas Czompoly of Lorain. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, one great granddaughter.
