He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Holland and Hazel Holland; and his siblings, Hazel Leonard and Richard Holland. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Jill Ballard (Terrance) of Louisville, Thomas Holland (Raquel) of Lorain and Amanda Holland of Lorain; his grandchildren, Jacquelyn, Andrew, Victoria, Alexis of Amara, T. J., Jalen, Jolene, Jaron and Erik; his great grandchildren, Jayden, Jaxton, Sydnie, Bryson, Preston and Westlin; and his brothers, Michael T. Holland (Alice) of Amherst and Russell P. Holland (Jovie) of Lorain.
