He was predeceased by: his mother Phyllis M. "Punky" Thomas; and his grandparents, George J., Anne B. Thomas, Roy H. and Hazel M. Dunker.
He is survived by: his father George M. "Mickey" Thomas of Lorain; and his siblings, Anne Marie Thomas of Lorain, Laura Means (Jim) of Avon Lake, Roy Thomas of Chillicothe and Steven Thomas (Shannon) of Avon Lake. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitors to the funeral chapel will be required to wear facial coverings and to practice social distancing.
