She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Bellisario; her parents, Andrew Matysiak and Emelia Matysiak; her grandson Edward Bellisario; and her siblings, Margaret Saylor and Ralph Matysiak.
She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Michalski (Richard) of Lorain, Marc Bellisario (Lorri) of Cincinnati and John Bellisario (Chris) of Tucson, Arizona; her grandchildren, Jennifer Hans (Scott), Holly Doyle (James), Matthew Michalski (Lexy), John Michael Bellisario (Alyssa) and Joshua Bellisario; her great grandchildren, Drew, Zac, Mason Hans, Jacob Jarvis, Jordyn Kuzmik, Noah Doyle, Isabella, Jack Michalski, Grayson, Aubree, Kylee and Liam Bellisario; her sister Patricia Bajcer (Donald) of Sheffield Village; and her sister-in-law Donna Bellisario of Avon Lake. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
