He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lyubov; his son Michael D. Clouse; his parents, Deborah Collett of Lorain and Jerry Clouse; his stepmother Teresa Clouse of Columbia Station; his grandmothers, Mildred Anderson of Sheffield and Sandra Goodson of Columbia Station; and his siblings, Jennifer Lusnek of Lorain, Jovahnna Clouse of Elyria and Joshua Clouse of Columbia Station. He was also cherished by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
